The objective was to pick a design firm of our choice to design a Cincinnati satellite office for. Due to shared design beliefs of designing human-centric spaces that celebrate diversity, I chose Interior Architects for my design firm of choice. My process to design was by conducting Q&A's with current employees to understand spaces that would be most beneficial for their employees, clients, and any users to the space.
